Mel strives to educate his clients about the products and plans available so his clients can make a fully informed decision as to what is going to work best for them. Mel has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 40 years. They are blessed with 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

Olivia Castillo was born raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has worked in the insurance industry for over 5 years and loves being part of the Cornerstone family. Olivia is licensed in both Health and Life Insurance. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from UNLV’s Lee Business School. When she is not helping people with their insurance, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She also loves cooking, exercising, and traveling.

Shaniya EppsShaniya Epps is a North Las Vegas native. After she received her Bachelor's degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, she returned home and earned her license to practice insurance in Nevada. Shaniya has a passion for providing peace of mind to her clients. She strives to help make the insurance world clear and understandable to everyone that she works with. Apart from caring for her clients, Shaniya loves to laugh with her family, skateboard with her dog Chowder, and eat dessert before dinner.

Dalyce is a third generation born and raised in Las Vegas. A true local native. She spent the early part of her professional career in the hospitality industry after graduating from Seattle University and a brief tour in Europe. Next, she transitioned to the financial industry where happenstance landed her with Cornerstone Benefits. She prides herself on going the extra mile for her clients. In her free time, she enjoys travel, jewelry making, music, and film!

Sue MiareckiSue Miarecki was born and raised in Thailand and has lived in Las Vegas for 14 years. She has had a passion for helping people since the early years of her career, working as a CNA and volunteering with organizations to support the Thai community. Now a Health and Life Insurance agent for the last several years, she helps people stay healthy in another vital way. Sue is fluent in Thai, Laotian, and English.

Andrew SegalAndrew Segal leads the Property & Casualty Division. He has been in the insurance industry for 9 years. He has worked as a captive agent with several companies and has worked as an Independent agent as a broker as well. His emphasis is education and enjoys explaining to his clients what their coverage could do for them in the event they need it. He likes to say “Good insurance is not cheap and cheap insurance is not good”. He grew up in Las Vegas and is an alumnus of Whittier College with a BA in Business with an emphasis in management. He is the proud father of 2, an animal lover to the extreme, and loves to mountain bike and go to the gym regularly.

Janezzta SukaneeyouthJanezzta Sukaneeyouth was born in Thailand. She speaks both English and Thai, and graduated with her Bachelor's in Aviation/Cargo Management from Bangkok's Civil Aviation Training Center. What followed was a career in service and hospitality, which Janezzta built through her work with airlines, restaurants, hotels and casinos. She now works as a licensed Health and Life insurance agent here in Nevada. Janezzta's clients benefit from not just the great education she provides as a broker, but also the excellent service she gives as a result of her early professional life.

Svetlana Sumschi was born in Moldova. After graduating from Academy of Economic Studies, where she majored in Marketing and Logistics, her dream of coming to The USA became true. Here she became a photographer for a period of 7 years. Svetlana speaks 4 languages: Romanian, Russian, Spanish, and English. Svetlana is proud to be a life and health insurance broker. She loves helping people in need while giving them the knowledge and choices to make an informed decision. In her free time, she loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends.
