This Company is amazing!  After missing the Nevada Health link deadline in December 2019 for enrolling in my 2020 Healthcare plan, I was told that I would have to wait until November 2020 to enroll again.  Sean at Cornerstone agreed to see me and advised me to apply for Medicaid for which he knew I'd be declined because I'm not a U.S citizen.  Once I received my letter of rejection, Nevada Health Link agreed to give me independent coverage.  As a Brit living in the U.S, I find the Health system here in the U.S baffling, but Sean was patient, understanding and really did give me the best advice for my situation.  He did all of this without receiving anything in return.  No commission and no new client.  he simply helped me because he saw someone in need that didn't understand the system.  Thank you so much Sean!  I would recommend you and your Company to anyone out there who is looking for an honest and knowledgeable Company to work with.

I turned 65, and am retiring.  
In preparation, I began working with Lauren to set up my transition to Medicare from my group health plan.  
From my first call with her, I was pleasantly satisfied.  She had answers to my questions, and looked up and got back to me on any she didn't have immediately.  
When beginning Medicare, you need someone who knows all the things you don't know.  And Lauren does.  
She's also so pleasant to work with.  The time she spent with me was critical to me getting everything set up.  She is very thorough, and took time to understand my specific needs and issues, guiding me to the right choices.

I'm turning 65 shortly and being bombarded with information from AARP, insurers, etc. about the various Medicare add on plans.  I'm also concerned about the effect my departure from our company's small group plan will have when I go on Medicare.  After doing research on-line that resulted in more questions than answers, I decided on a sit-down with Sean Retke, the owner/broker of Cornerstone.  Sean had done his homework prior to our meeting and not only answered all of my questions, but pointed out a few pitfalls I didn't know about that I might easily have fallen into had I made the wrong decision. In the end, he gave me a roadmap of what I need to do and presented me with several very positive options.  What can I say?  If I could give 6 stars, I would!

Lauren referred me to another broker, Susan, who helped me figure out which plan that was the least costly for my school's insurance requirement. And we got it all done in about an hour. She sent me everything I needed the same day, summary of benefits and my new insurance card. So fast and stress-free.
