Lauren prides herself in going above and beyond for her clients. She believes that two of the most important qualities in business are integrity and honesty. In these fast changing times, it is important to have an insurance professional who is not only knowledgeable, but who is also dedicated to service.

Sean Retke serves as the President within the organization. He has over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, and he leads the Employee Benefits division of the agency. He takes pride in providing the best service possible using his in-depth knowledge, education, and expertise. As a licensed broker, his goals include meeting the diverse needs of clients and educating clients on the everchanging guidelines and regulations of insurance. In addition to his primary job functions, Sean trains agents who are new to this industry. He is a Las Vegas native and an alumnus of the University of Nevada Las Vegas, with a degree in Business Management. He is the proud father of 3 young children, and he is happily married to his best friend, Angie.

Svetlana Sumschi was born in Moldova. After graduating from Academy of Economic Studies, where she majored in Marketing and Logistics, her dream of coming to The USA became true. Here she became a photographer for a period of 7 years. Svetlana speaks 4 languages: Romanian, Russian, Spanish, and English.  Svetlana is proud to be a life and health insurance broker. She loves helping people in need while giving them the knowledge and choices to make an informed decision.  In her free time, she loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends.

Dalyce was a born-and-raised in Las Vegas. She spent the early part of her professional career in the hospitality industry after graduating from Seattle University. When she transitioned to the financial industry, happenstance landed her with Cornerstone Benefits. She prides herself on going the extra mile for her clients. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, working out, video games, books, and film!

Warner was born in San Antonio, Texas. At 18 years old Warner enlisted in the military and served a total of over 40 years both uniform military and Civilian Civil Servant (DoD). He has been married for 46 years to his amazing wife. They have 2 children and 3 grandchildren.  Warner graduated from National University in San Diego with a B.A. in Behavior Science and a minor in Addictive Disorders. Warner moved his family to Henderson, NV, in 2001, after retiring from Uniform Military.  After working at Nellis AFB for 18 years Warner retired form Civil Service. Warner has worked in Financial Industry since 2006.  He enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, going to movies, all sports, and traveling.

Olivia Castillo was born raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has worked in the insurance industry for over 5 years and loves being part of the Cornerstone family. Olivia is licensed in both Health and Life Insurance. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from UNLV’s Lee Business School.  When she is not helping people with their insurance, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She also loves cooking, exercising, and traveling.

Mel has been in the insurance/investment industry for over 25 years. Mel has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 40 years.  They are blessed with 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

Andrew Segal leads the Property & Casualty Division.  He has been in the insurance industry for 9 years.  He has worked as a captive agent with several companies and has worked as an Independent agent as a broker as well.  His emphasis is education and enjoys explaining to his clients what their coverage could do for them in the event they need it.   He likes to say “Good insurance is not cheap and cheap insurance is not good”. He grew up in Las Vegas and is an alumnus of Whittier College with a BA in Business with an emphasis in management.  He is the proud father of 2, an animal lover to the extreme, and loves to mountain bike and go to the gym regularly.

Reynette has been in the insurance business for 4 years.  She's worked as an Account Specialist/Coordinator for employee benefits, and currently serves as our Office Manager. Reynette was born in Los Angeles, but grew up in Las Vegas and Hawaii. She prides herself in working hard and having a great attitude while doing so. She enjoys being a mother to her daughter and loves her 4 snakes as well as listening to podcasts.
